As a centre manager, my responsibility is to ensure our students benefit from our teaching approach without hindrance. Communication is crucial. I act as a bridge between tutors and parents, maintaining clear communication channels such as weekly feedback emails and a dedicated phone line. Parent feedback is invaluable, and we are always open to continuous improvement. We provide regular updates on students' achievements, milestones, and upcoming events.

 

Team Leadership:

My role involves creating a positive learning environment for every student and ensuring our tutors undergo comprehensive training and induction. We foster open and transparent communication within the team, encouraging meetings, discussions, and feedback sessions. We support our tutors in enhancing their skills and knowledge, empowering them with responsibilities and decision-making.

Our centre is a safe and nurturing space where students are encouraged to think, communicate, and unleash their imagination. We teach them to view small failures as valuable lessons and equip them with relevant problem-solving skills through an up-to-date curriculum.
